  • Sarah Ellen Eads Adkins

    Sarah Ellen Eads Adkins, J.D. (she/her), is the Director of the Legal Access Clinic. She is a public interest attorney who has focused her career on advocating for underrepresented populations.

    Prior to joining the University of Cincinnati College of Law, she was the Founding Executive Director of Neighbors Immigration Clinic, a nonprofit providing legal services to low-income immigrants. At Neighbors Immigration Clinic, she spearheaded forming the board and fundraising while maintaining a caseload consisting of asylum, trafficking cases, DACA, and naturalization, among other types of cases. Prior to that, Sarah served as an Assistant Attorney General under Andy Beshear in the Office of Civil and Environmental Law and handled civil litigation at every level of state and federal court. She completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Judge Van Tatenhove of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. Sarah began her legal career representing immigrants in a wide variety of cases at Maxwell Street Legal Clinic funded by a Public Service Venture Fund Fellowship from Harvard Law School.

    Sarah obtained her JD from Harvard Law School and her BS from Campbellsville University. While at Harvard Law School, Sarah served as Review Editor for the Latino Law Review, Vice President for the Harvard Africa Law Association, and participated in many clinics, including the Harvard Immigrant and Refugee Clinic and the Ghana Project Clinic.

  • Emily Hamaker

    Emily (she/her/hers) is a rising 2L at the University of Cincinnati College of Law. She attended Miami University (Ohio) and received her bachelor's degree in political science and strategic communication in 2019. Emily worked for a small law firm outside Chicago for two years, specializing in family and real estate law until attending. She is an avid reader and baker and enjoys exploring Cincinnati.

  • Kayley Hoffman

    Kayley (she/her/hers) is a rising 3L at the University of Cincinnati College of Law. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Studies and Politics, Philosophy, Economics, and Law (PPEL) from the University of Richmond in 2021. Throughout her time at law school, she has had the opportunity to work in many fields of law. She completed a judicial externship with Chief Magistrate Judge Karen Litkovitz. She interned with the Cincinnati Citizens Complaint Authority and the City of Hamilton Law Department. She also worked in employment immigration as a law clerk for Musillo Unkenholt. Outside of school, she enjoys attending concerts, trying out new food, or learning languages.

  • Sean Witts

    Sean (he/him/his) is a rising 3L at the University of Cincinnati College of Law. He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Cincinnati. He has worked in several government jobs, including the Hamilton County Health Department. In addition, he has had numerous internships in Criminal Law, including a prosecutor's office and a defense attorney. Sean is interested in practicing Criminal law in the future and enjoys rock climbing, hiking, and reading.

  • Donovan Allen

    Donovan (he/him/his) is a third-year undergraduate student at the University of Cincinnati. Donovan is majoring in Political Science with a certificate in Foundations of Cybersecurity. Donovan holds various leadership positions in several campus departments, such as the African-American Cultural and Resource Center and the University Honors Program. Donovan has interests in practicing Family law as well Intellectual Law. Other interests include mentoring the youth, practicing self-care, and advocating for his student at the Learning Commons.

  • Ryann Harris

    Ryann (she/her) is a second-year undergraduate student at the University of Cincinnati. Ryann is majoring in Sociology with a dual minor in criminal justice and law and paralegal studies. Ryann has interests in criminal law, specifically working to solve the injustices in the criminal justice system. Ryann’s hobbies consist of art and music, explicitly collecting vinyl.

  • Sage Pham

    Sage (She/Her/Hers) is a third-year undergraduate student at the University of Cincinnati. Sage is majoring in Political Science with a Certificate in Legal Studies. She founded a non-profit organization on women's empowerment and gender equality in Vietnam. She is also a research assistant for a project on globalization and the economy. She is interested in working in either human rights law, real estate law, or corporate law. Sage’s hobbies are piano, and going for coffee.
